Employee Networks

The FT’s employee-led networks connect and empower individuals across the organisation. Each network has its own objectives that are tailored specifically towards supporting its members, but all share a common mission to provide a sense of community, cultivate an inclusive culture and raise awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Proud FT

Proud FT brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer individuals and their allies within the FT. The group aims to create an environment that makes LGBTQ+ colleagues feel empowered and free to be themselves at work.
