How did you end up at the FT?
I first joined FT Live (the FT’s events division) as a marketing assistant, which was a fantastic introduction to the business. After two years, I became a data campaign executive within the EMEA marketing team. My role has exposed me to numerous opportunities and has allowed me to develop my personal and professional skills.

What does a typical day in your role look like?
Each day differs from the next, which is part of the reason why I enjoy what I do! I work within a global team of about 30, ensuring that various daily customer campaigns are effectively planned and executed. Organising and making sure that our campaigns run smoothly is a vital aspect of my role. In addition, it’s about exploring potential opportunities to ensure an effective customer journey.

What project are you most proud of?
It has to be the initial launch and implementation of our current CRM systems. It was challenging to get it all up and running, but it has also been a rewarding experience. I am really proud of the way that we have been able to adapt to market demands and integrate the systems into our global teams’ working life.
