This past weekend the FT hosted its second annual FT Talent Challenge, a three-day competition for international students and early career professionals to compete in teams and come up with solutions for the most pressing issues facing the media industry.
Krishan Puvvada approached the FT with an idea in 2016 about how journalism could be used to help students prepare for university and life beyond the classroom. Having helped to get this project off the ground, Krishan returned to spearhead the initiative in September 2018, after finishing his A-Levels.
We understand the importance of mental health at the FT. We aim to support our people knowing that happy, healthy employees are the most engaged and productive. More importantly, we know it’s the right thing to do.
